Feedback Form- Blank Copy

After completing my Rough Cut of 'The Perfect Wave', I thought it would be a good idea to gain feedback for a number of reasons. The first reason is to ensure that I am catering for my target audience, another reason for collecting feedback was to make sure my mise-en-scene is appropriate not only for the film itself, but also for the target audience.

Below is a blank copy of the feedback sheets I created for my peers that i showed my production to. I wanted to gain both positive and negative feedback about my production so that I could correct any negative aspects.
